Cape Malay Cauliflower

Crusted cauliflower dumplings served with a coriander and yoghurt

Oxtail Bonbons

Slow cooked deboned oxtail rolled and dusted in breadcrumbs served with a bead of butternut puree.

MAINS

Paired with TERRA DEL CAPO SANGIOVESE

Kuku Paka Curry

Chicken cooked in a delicious coconut, groundnut and coriander curry sauce. Served with naan and homemade achar.

Mushrooms

Braised mushrooms and truffle oil in a mixture of braised Shimeji and Portabella mushroom paste. Served with garlic bread.

Grilled Dry-Aged Beef Sirloin

Cooked to perfection and served with smashed baby potatoes and black mushroom aioli.

DESSERT

Baked Mascarpone Cheesecake

Topped with White chocolate, Amarula ice cream and cracked honeycomb.

Chocolate Brownie
